International Orders
How to order underwater rugby gear from Colombia: prices, payment, shipping, import duties, returns and warranty.

We're UWR Colombia, an underwater rugby shop in Medellín, Colombia, and we ship worldwide. International orders are handled one by one with a real person: you tell us what you want and where it's going, we quote the shipping, and you only pay once you've seen the full total.
1. How to order
- Add products to your cart on our English store, or just pick a product page.
- Send us your order by WhatsApp (+57 312 825 7582) or email (uwrcolombiaoficial@gmail.com) with your country, city and postal code.
- We confirm availability and quote the international shipping before you pay.
One quote, no surprises.
2. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and fixed. They do not include international shipping or import duties and taxes.
3. Payment
Once you approve the quote, we send you a secure card payment link from Wompi (by Bancolombia). We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express from any country.
- The charge is processed in Colombian pesos (COP) for the dollar amount we quoted you. Your bank does the conversion and may apply its own foreign-transaction fee.
- We never see or store your card details.
4. Shipping
We ship from Medellín, Colombia, by international courier or postal service depending on the destination, and send you the tracking number by WhatsApp or email.
- Delivery times are approximate and depend on the carrier and customs. To the US and Europe, orders usually arrive 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Custom caps: about 20 days of production before shipping. The cap designer is a Spanish page; write us if you need help with it.
- Carbon fins: made to order, about 2 months.
5. Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer when the package arrives, according to your country's rules.
- United States: the US no longer applies the US$800 duty-free (de minimis) exemption to most imports, so US buyers may owe duties even on small orders.
- If duties are refused and the package is returned to us, the shipping is not refundable.
6. Returns and warranty
No returns or exchanges for fit or preference. Masks, snorkels, caps, mouthguards and protectors are personal-use items that touch your face, mouth and body, so for hygiene reasons we can't take them back once delivered. That's why we're happy to answer every question about sizes, colors and fit before you pay.
1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products, under Colombia's Consumer Protection Law (Ley 1480 of 2011). If something is defective, write us with photos or video and your order number. Depending on the case we repair, replace or refund, and we cover the shipping when the defect is from manufacturing.
The warranty does not cover misuse, impacts, prolonged sun exposure, chemicals, or normal wear of straps and silicone.
